For Block's 16th anniversary, we designed an end-to-end brand experience for 8,000+ employees at the Oakland Arena over 3 days, spanning stage design, environmental fabrication, wayfinding, and motion. The challenge was building one design system flexible enough to live on a lanyard and a 20-foot LED wall without losing coherence. Everything was pulled from the same visual foundation, scaled to meet the needs of a live event. The result felt less like a corporate event, and more like a demonstration of what the brand could hold.
